The Natural Solutions began business in November of 2016 and obtained such a conscientious and dynamic team along the way. Tristan McGuff and Abby Bautzer started as project managers and soon Tristan became the COO and Abby is now the CMO. Niko has been the CIO of the Natural Solutions even before they hit the market! Niko got the job through his organization, and management skills and many interviews with our CEO, Jenn Murphy. Jenn is always on top of the game overlooking all of our workers and making sure that our company is always doing the best. Soon Michael Burgard came in and became the CFO. He has been managing the finances for The Natural Solutions since December of 2016 and has ensured our business and its finances.

Vast developments in the cleaning industry are advancing Simple Green to reinforce their laundry line. In this proposal a new product for Simple Green is a contemporary laundry detergent pod. The Simple Pod is a 3 in 1 laundry detergent pod. This pod includes detergent, brightener, and softener. It is made up of a polyvinyl alcohol packet also known as PVA. The PVA is a coating that is used to keep the powder compact in one area. Once the PVA is exposed to water it completely dissolves in around 30 seconds and the temperature of the water does not matter. The benefits of the Simple Pods are that the price is very reasonable, the chemicals are biodegradable, and the container is child proof. With our satisfying responses from our survey it is proven our laundry detergent will be a successful and valuable addition for Simple Greens laundry collection.

Marketing and Advertising
The Natural Solutions has formulated a system for advertising the Simple Pods through three different social media brands. Those brands are Twitter, Instagram, and Youtube. The Natural Solutions will be putting the same ad on Instagram and Twitter and a 30 second ad on Youtube. The Natural Solutions will also be attending the ISSA interclean trade show in 2017 & 2018. This tradeshow will be very beneficial to help sell and advertise the Simple Pod. The Natural Solutions has also looked into companies that Simple Green uses to sell their products, but at a more affordable price.
